Science Club

In the last number of weeks our young scientists have been learning lots of new skills. Preparing their apparatus, writing their hypothesis, documenting the procedure and presenting their results. The children have been developing their skills as forensic scientists and exploring different kinds of absorption.

Strathclyde Students in Action!

Lucy has been working with Primary 4 and 5 to explore the concept of floating and sinking. This is just a little taster of what they will experience at the Science club, which will be running on a Thursday after school!

Charlotte and Yvonne have been exploring Spanish numbers with Primary 2 and 3. They have been playing a number of competitive games to motivate the children whilst developing their Language skills.

Aimee has been working with the Primary 1's on STEM Lego Challenges. They have been working on colours, height, number and design.

Chloe has been developing the children's Coding  skills using Scratch. She has been working with Primary 6/5, who have been excitedly sharing their experiences.
